These days, more than ever, is a time to be there for each other – while maintaining a safe distance. The era of COVID-19 proves to be a tough time for the world, even in Los Angeles County, but there is no better time to render care with compassion. Compassionate Care Hospice, LLC launches its response to the COVID-19 pandemic through its program, COMPASSION IN ACTION.

CCH shows their gratitude and support to our modern-day heroes, the front liners battling the pandemic, by providing them with face shields. The sudden spike in demand led to a looming shortage of PPEs; thus, the initiative to source raw materials, design, and craft face shields came up. The objective is to provide healthcare workers with added protection as they risk their own lives to save others’.

In the spirit of partnership and collaboration, the Great America Chicken Corp. KFC, also donated meals which we distributed.

The combined efforts of the CCH Staff, our partners, and volunteers paved the way to address the shortage of personal protective equipment and gears donned by our medical front liners. As an advocate of compassion and care, we want to say thank you and express our support not just for saving lives, but for their seless service and sacrice during these uncertain times.

In this business, our top priority remain snding ways and means to make a di erence in the lives of people, and we cannot do it without the assistance of our health care workers. Today, all the more, we recognize their value in society.

CCH hopes to continue this e ort of supporting our front liners and health care workers for as long as we can, staying true to our commitment of rendering care with compassion not just to our clients, but to the rest of the world.
